Wherever I am, my eye is always searching for beauty. I find the color green excited me the most and nature has become my best subject. I am constantly expanding my portfolio and always want to do, see, and capture more.

Some things about me!
Auburn's School of Industrial and Graphic Design offered a curriculum that integrated theory and practice, covering design history, aesthetics, functionality, and user experience. We learned manufacturing processes and materials essential for product development, with an emphasis on ergonomics for user-centered design. Hands-on fabrication and client presentations develop communication skills, preparing us for careers in industrial design. I was selected to be an Ambassador for the College of Architecture, Design, and Construction and represent my major to prospective students and their families through guided tours and outreach events.
I graduated from Auburn University with a Bachelor’s in Industrial Design.
PlayCore creates innovative, new, and safe playground solutions for all ages. Collaborating with designers and engineers, I research manufacturing machinery and help develop designs that meet safety standards and push the market. I partake in all phases of the design process, host team meetings, enhancing coworkers’ understanding of new technologies and opportunities. This experience builds valuable skills in design manufacturing and feasibility, project management, and teamwork while promoting play.
I currently work as a remote Design Intern at PlayCore out of Fort Payne, Alabama.
For the soul:
Reading! I am currently reading The Women and The Scarlett Letter.
Also reading! I organized a book club that now has 68 girls who are new to the city with our first book being The Unmaking of June Farrow
I have my few favorite coffee shops but I try somewhere new at least once a week. I enjoy exploring Brooklyn and Manhattan through coffee and bookstores:)
I work as a hostess at a local restaurant, The Red Hook Lobster Pound, and assist in planning and redesigning the layout and built-ins.
Learning more about art and exploring new exhibits in my area. This keeps me involved in my community as well as expanding my knowledge.
Making art through journaling and watercolor has been a fun and modular creative outlet!
I have so enjoyed curating my posts on Instagram and finding the right sound to add behind the post.
Planning trips either small-scale or large scale whether they are happening now or in 20 years fill me with excitement and something amazing to look forward to!
